This compensation plan review is congruent with current company information congruent with the date of this article release.
The Compensation Plan
Personally, the compensation plan is the most vital aspect of the home business. As you review the myriad of companies our there you need to have an understanding of what it will take to be paid. The compensation plan is very involved with many aspects to consider. This review will outline the “basic” points within the company plan.
The Following are the components of the Yoli Compensation Plan:
Fast Start Bonus: This is a commission paid to the sponsoring distributor ranging from 5-20% of the new distributors first order. This order must be placed within 30 days and the total commission or payout to the sponsor cannot exceed $400. A word of caution, if you are new understand that your sponsor if not ethical, could encourage you to place the biggest order possible as they receive 5-20% of that initial order. (Never place an order that is bigger than you can retail)
The Break Even Bonus: This is a commission that you are given as the sponsoring distributor that is paid when one of your personally enrolled distributors or preferred customers processes their auto ship. This is a way that you can work towards covering your own auto ship cost up to $239.92 which is the pro pack auto ship.
Binary Compensation: You earn 10% commission on the group volume of your “pay leg” or weak leg of your two sales organizations.
Uni level Matching Bonus: This is paid to the top distributors and ranges from a 15% matching bonus on your personal enrollees on level 1 to 5% on level ten. To qualify for this you must be at the 5 star gold or higher rank.
Global Bonus Pool: This is paid to the TOP distributors and is based on % of global volume depending upon your current rank within the company.
Travel/Annual Cruise Incentives: This will be incentives to participate in the companies leadership travel.
Yoli has a unique yet similar hybrid compensation plan that is complicated for the average person to understand. The key component to your success in this structure will be your ability to be a top recruiter as much is based upon personal enrollment. It is key that you fully understand the compensation plan of any company you are considering partnering with.
